A Masters graduate in Sustainability Engineering & Management from Linköping University, he has worked across Landfill Mining, Circular Economy, ESG and LCA with the Plasman Group, and led biodiversity drives with WWF Sverige and Amazon Watch Sverige.

Inspired by his waste management drives in the Himalayas, Yash's notable works and projects include:

With a foundation across Deloitte, Vedanta and IDBI Capital, she has evaluated 100+ climate tech companies at Climate Collective Foundation. CA Inter and CFA Level II, currently pursuing Level III.

A serial entrepreneur driving Baari Labs, Flovation Technologies and CropRover at the intersection of hardware and software. Priyan leads the development and deployment of IoT devices for Scope 3 data collection at Nurturing Gaia, and the AI/ML model training for effective ESG integration.

A Public Policy graduate from King's College London, Mehar works at the intersection of environmental governance, service delivery and civic engagement. She leads climate communication and storytelling at Nurturing Gaia, with prior work on urban transport, emissions trading policy and rural governance.

With a bachelor's in Environmental Science and an MBA in Energy & Environment, Purvi built a strong base across both the science and business sides of sustainability. She started her career as a Climate Change and Sustainability Consultant at PwC India, working on impact assessment and sustainable finance projects, helping companies understand and reduce their environmental impact. Now at Nurturing Gaia, she works as a Sustainability Consultant helping organisations turn good intentions into real action. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new ideas around sustainability and finding small ways to make a difference in everyday life.
